Here is an update on my new display mask. I started working in the muscle details in the neck and back. I also blocked in the teeth and inside of mouth.

Two new sketches

Here are two new sketches i completed this weekend that i would like to turn into airbrush paintings.

Pumpkinhead finished

Here is the finished piece. He is cast in thick latex with a display stand and supports that support the head and shoulders. The base is made with bloodstained moss and twigs to give a scary pumpkinpatch look.

Kothoga display bust now available

Here are some more pics of my finished Kothoga piece. He is foam filled latex with white resin teeth and black resin and foam mandibles. I now have him available on my site, check out the link for more pics.

Kothoga Finished

Here is my new kothoga piece all painted and finished. He is cast in latex and foam filled. The teeth are solid white resin and the mandibles or tusks are roto casted black resin foam filled. Now all i need to do for him is create a stand.

Pumpkinhed finished

Here is the finished sculpture of Pumpkinhead, my newest tribute piece. I have the mold made and am currently waiting for the first casting to dry.

Mask fest

Just came back from mask-fest 2011 part of horrorhound weekend indianapolis, IN. It was a great show with tons of great work from other artists. I gained lots of inspiration and a few new tips and tricks.

Freakshow mini-bust

Here comes the Freakshow. A deformed creature with his own sadness trying to survive. This is my new mini-bust i am currently working on. The front of the base has been fixed so i can attach a separate plaque. This way i can insure the quality of the lettering. I need to do a little more detailing on the head then i will be molding this boy.

Sam collectors display bust

I have gotten quite a few requests about my last sam bust so i thought it would be fun to do a new version. Here he is in progress. I want to give him a more sly expression and he will have the shotgun wound in his head.

Michael Myers

I have been working more on my drawing and sketching skills and am trying to get back into illustration. Here is an airbrush painting i finished recently on canvas. I feel that my control and textures have greatly improved since my last pieces due to my work and knowledge on painting masks and layering skin tones. There will be more to come.
